Morgan County Land Bank

The Morgan County Land Reutilization Corporation's (Land Bank) regular monthly meetings are the first Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m. in the Morgan County Economic Development Office.

The Land Bank was created to put vacant, abandoned, and deteriorated properties back to productive use. The purpose is to acquire these properties, temporarily hold and maintain them until they can be transferred to new, responsible owners.

The Commissioners' office has created a GIS page showing all Land Bank properties. Land Bank properties are highlighted in yellow; property owned by the Morgan County Commissioners (Morgan County government) is highlighted in green.
