How much does it cost?
The fee for room rental is $20/hour. There is a $50 deposit required when the key is picked up. This deposit will be refunded when the key is returned and the room is inspected. Damages to the room may result in the loss of deposit.
The kitchen area is no longer available for rental.
How do I make a reservation?
1.) Verify that the room is available on the calendar above.
2.) Send an e-mail to moco.mpr@gmail.com with the date(s) and time(s) that you wish to rent the room. Include your name/organization, contact details (with phone number), and a brief description of the function you wish to hold.
3.) Your reservation will be confirmed via e-mail. Your reservation is not complete until you receive your confirmation e-mail.
Where do I pay and get the key(s)?
Those renting the room are required to review and sign the below rental agreement and drop it off at the Morgan County Auditor's Office on Monday, Tuesday, or Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM along with your $50 deposit.
